Ways to playSingle-player

First 10 minutes

When creating your company, set day speed to Relaxed or Limitless, so the clock doesn't rush your child (GamesHedge). Before stopping, go to bed in the game to end the day, which is when it reliably saves (Steam discussion). Nobody on our team has played the opening yet.

Good to know: FGD estimates 7 to 9.5 hours to finish, about 15 to unlock everything; no in-game purchases, loot boxes or ads (FGD). Paid DLC packs add more stickers and customer stories (developer site). Twitch integration lets streamers' viewers become customers (developer FAQ); it isn't needed to play. Platform differences: FGD lists Mac, PC, PS5, Switch and Xbox Series. We found no platform-specific sensory differences. The ESRB 'E' with Violent References comes from FGD's game page; we didn't find a record in the ESRB's own search.

Sensory scale

Each item is scored from 0 to 3: 0 = None; 1 = Mild, or can be turned off; 2 = Frequent; 3 = Intense and can’t be avoided. “Not enough info yet” means we couldn’t find good evidence, so we didn’t guess. For “Ease of stopping”, a higher score means it’s harder to stop.

Mode: Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)

Sensory scores for Sticky Business, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)
What we checkScoreWhy
Flashing or strobe effects 0 of 3
None
An accessibility-minded review says there are 'no bright flashing lights or loud, sudden noises' (The Chronically Chic Blog). Unlockable holo and glitter effects make stickers shimmer (developer; Movies Games and Tech). Source for Flashing or strobe effects, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)

Still checking: Based on one blog review. Please check the holo/glitter sticker effects.

Sudden loud sounds 0 of 3
None
No loud, sudden noises (The Chronically Chic Blog). Music is soft lo-fi (The Chronically Chic Blog); GamesHedge calls it calming. Source for Sudden loud sounds, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)

Still checking: Based on one blog review. Please confirm.

Timers or time pressure 1 of 3
Mild, or can be turned off
Each day has a clock, and tasks take time (Movies Games and Tech). At the start you choose day speed: Normal, Relaxed or Limitless; Limitless only moves on when you go to bed (GamesHedge). Source for Timers or time pressure, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)
Failure and losing 1 of 3
Mild, or can be turned off
Orders not finished before the day ends fail (GamesHedge); you see successful and failed sales at the end of each day (Movies Games and Tech). Printing costs money, so there's some budgeting (Gaming.net). Source for Failure and losing, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)
Difficulty spikes 0 of 3
None
'There is no rushing or challenge of any sort' (GamesHedge); 'it isn't a tough game' (Gaming.net). FGD's skill rating is 5+, because you combine ready-made elements rather than drawing. Source for Difficulty spikes, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)
Scary content and jump scares 1 of 3
Mild, or can be turned off
FGD's content note is 'Spooky': some customers want spooky stickers (skulls, witches). FGD: rated ESRB Everyone, with Violent References; FGD also tags it Non-Violent. Source for Scary content and jump scares, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)
Screen motion and camera speed Not enough info yet No source on screen motion. It's a menu-based creation game (GamesHedge), but no review describes camera movement. Source for Screen motion and camera speed, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)
Competition and online strangers 0 of 3
None
The developer calls it 'a pure, relaxing single-player experience, without any pressure to achieve or to compete' (developer FAQ). FGD: offline only. Source for Competition and online strangers, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)
Ease of stopping 1 of 3
Mild, or can be turned off
The developer says the game 'will continuously save' your progress (developer FAQ), but players report the reliable save is going to bed at the end of a day, and quitting mid-day warns 'All unsaved progress will be lost' (Steam discussion). Source for Ease of stopping, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)

Still checking: Developer FAQ and player reports disagree. Check whether quitting mid-day loses that day's work.

Reading load and text speed 1 of 3
Mild, or can be turned off
Orders stay on screen while you pack (The Chronically Chic Blog). Repeat customers send messages sharing their life stories, which are optional reading (GamesHedge; Movies Games and Tech). Source for Reading load and text speed, Sticker shop (single-player, day length Relaxed or Limitless)
